Wow. The techs took care of my car. They discovered an oil leak, and did everything they could to fix it. I am now aware that the turbo is going to fail, but was advised to wait. Why spend money right now?The car even came back to me washed and clean - and with the weather we've had, I didn't think I'd ever see the car clean until May!As always, amazing service, friendly people whom I feel can be trusted to be honest and competent.

These people are there when you need them. On Monday when everyone else was too busy to change out my battery, they were more than willing to fit me in. They made it so easy. I called them, had the car towed, and they called me within an hour. They fixed what was necessary and charged me very reasonable price. I will be using Davis repair in the future.The girls on the phone were so polite and seemed to care about me.thank you for your excellent customer service!

I was new to the area and needed work done on my van, finding a trustworthy mechanic is not always easy! my experience was top notch, Larry was a great guy, the staff was friendly, even gave me a ride back to my apt. while they figured out what was wrong. The people at Davis Repair, especially Larry and Hannah, are wonderful! When I took my Jeep to them, I knew it would take a lot to get it fixed. After a thorough diagnostic, Larry told me that it just wasn't worth fixing, and that the repairs would be cost prohibitive (the Jeep needed a new computer, among other things). So Davis Repair sold it for me! They were supportive, honest, informative, reasonably priced, kind, and kept me in the loop through the entire process. I've used Davis Repair for five years and they have truly earned my loyalty and business. The staff is extremely friendly. Every time I bring my car in, the repair costs are always cheaper than anticipated. I brought my car in one time and it only needed a minor repair. They did it for free and did not charge me anything. Also, if you work close to the shop, the employees will take you to work after your drop off your car. I highly recommend Davis Repair if you have any car problems.

My car had been diagnosed with some issues at the dealership, and the cost to fix was around $2000. The dealership said I needed to do the repairs immediately. Since it's a fairly low-mileage, "good" car (Infiniti G35X with 65,000 miles), I wanted to take the car somewhere besides the dealership to see what they thought. Additionally, one cold morning, the car had trouble starting, so I brought it to Davis that day. They fit me into their schedule right before Xmas and were very friendly about it. After looking at car, they told me the car simply needed a battery for the time being, and the other repairs I could wait on for several more months. They explained I was not in any immediate danger, and they offered to try and find the parts at a cheaper rate if possible. They even told me that I had a light out in the back, but it was not a light that you can get ticketed for and cost $600 to repair, so they would recommend I just leave it as is unless I really wanted to fix it. I received a call about a week later asking if I had any questions or concerns. Great customer service and they they seemed more honest than the dealership.

They kept my 250,000+ Honda Civic on the road while I'm shopping for a new car and they didn't pressure me to spend a ton of money on it. I appreciate their honesty and integrity.
