I recently took my car in for an oil change and decided to wait for it. While I was waiting, three people came to pick up their cars. In each case, the owners were pleasantly surprised at the total bill and left smiling. I also heard Hanna call a customer to tell them that they were unable to find a suitable used part and were sorry to say the repair required a dealer part. I'm impressed by an auto repair shop that tried to find a used part instead of defaulting to the most expensive option. Davis' focus is clearly on customer satisfaction.
