I've used Davis Repair for five years and they have truly earned my loyalty and business. The staff is extremely friendly. Every time I bring my car in, the repair costs are always cheaper than anticipated. I brought my car in one time and it only needed a minor repair. They did it for free and did not charge me anything. Also, if you work close to the shop, the employees will take you to work after your drop off your car. I highly recommend Davis Repair if you have any car problems.

My car had been diagnosed with some issues at the dealership, and the cost to fix was around $2000. The dealership said I needed to do the repairs immediately. Since it's a fairly low-mileage, "good" car (Infiniti G35X with 65,000 miles), I wanted to take the car somewhere besides the dealership to see what they thought. Additionally, one cold morning, the car had trouble starting, so I brought it to Davis that day. They fit me into their schedule right before Xmas and were very friendly about it. After looking at car, they told me the car simply needed a battery for the time being, and the other repairs I could wait on for several more months. They explained I was not in any immediate danger, and they offered to try and find the parts at a cheaper rate if possible. They even told me that I had a light out in the back, but it was not a light that you can get ticketed for and cost $600 to repair, so they would recommend I just leave it as is unless I really wanted to fix it. I received a call about a week later asking if I had any questions or concerns. Great customer service and they they seemed more honest than the dealership.

I had a great experience with the Davis family at Davis Repair. I am relieved to know a trustworthy repair shop who take care of their customers like family. They kept my 250,000+ Honda Civic on the road while I'm shopping for a new car and they didn't pressure me to spend a ton of money on it. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Best service and experience ever! Took my vehicle in to have serviced and found out it was worse than I thought. Had a 2009 F-150 engine go out with 89,000 miles. They were very sympathetic about the whole situation. The daughter of the shop assisted me on my option on what to do. Decided to sell without an engine, which was an option. They told me a price to start and a bottom price to take. After research and calling they were right with suggested prices. Let me keep the vehicle in there shop as long as I needed, due to this happening right before Christmas. Two days before. Also let me come into shop with my daughter that Saturday when shop was closed to take pictures to sell truck. The owner Larry was there working when shop was closed. Very nice man. Will definitely always take our vehicle there if needed. Best experience ever. Never would of imagined a mechanic shop you could trust.

Was able to get 3 cars in and out the same day. I like to support local family businesses.

Battery died today and they showed up at my office, jump started it, tested and changed it, and had me back to work in 50 minutes. Went over & above to fix my car. Very impressed with their service, reliability & honesty. Hard to find this today. And their rates are more than fair
