We recently had to have our brakes re-worked on a 2002 Toyota 4Runner, and our experience with Davis Auto was nothing short of spectacular. My experience started with a call saying they could fit me into their schedule a day earlier than my original appointment. The front office staff was very professional and complete in explaining the work to be done, and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. The car was cleaned, and I was on my way "in no time". At the conclusion of my visit, we discussed what next repairs to be on the lookout for, but there was never the "hard sell" to schedule it before I was ready to do so. Why 4.5 out of 5? Probably my own fault, but when discussing to refinish or replace the front rotors, I was told it would be "about $xx more". I didn't think to ask if that was for each rotor or for both front units. So, when the bill was presented, it was a bit higher than I expected, but still well within reason, given the scope of work completed. Thanks Davis.....we'll be back again.

Davis has been our auto shop for quite a few years. Service and quality are excellent. Most importantly, there is a level of trust and honesty that I have not experienced at any other shop.

The turnaround time for my car service was very quick. It was a close to 200,000 mile checkup and all services were completed satisfactory.

My first visit to Davis repair was a last minute visit, found them from a google search and was just glad they were close to work. I live in Boulder and work in the DTC area and was just glad to get in. They got me right in, serviced my car, offered to drive me back to work, have had excellent follow up, and even provided me a complimentary oil change for my birthday. After one visit they remembered my face; great customer service. I am a busy person so the email reminders and points program works great for me.

Hannah is very knowledgeable and is able (and willing) to walk you through your needs (and things you don't need) in a very thorough, patient way. They are able to quote you an estimate before you take your car in to be serviced and once they get into the job, if it's clear that your car doesn't need something as previously discussed, Davis will call you and explain the scenario, prior to continuing the job. Plus, they will take you to work/home, once you've left the car for service, even the owner himself! I am very pleased and impresssed by Davis Repair. As a person who has always taken her car to the dealer (for over 23 years) that says a lot!
