My husband and I have been going to Davis Repair for 7 years. They have consistently delivered high quality, reliable services. They always take the time to explain the repair options in an honest and cost effective way. I trust their judgement when they tell me something needs to be done. I have gone to other places that try to upsell, or weren't able to handle a repair. Davis never upsells and has been able to meet all of my repair needs when other places weren't. Davis has helped me to be a better car owner and consumer.

Davis provided excellent service when our car needed major repairs! They didn't hesitate to provide us with a loaner car while they had our car for three days. We're a busy family of four so that was a huge help for us! They were especially good at communicating about what work they were doing and gave us up front and honest advice. Davis made us feel like a part of their family and that they were taking as good of care of our car as they would of their own. I would recommend them to any of my friends and we'll definitely use them the next time we're in need of an auto mechanic.

This was an excellent experience! The heat in my 2010 Jeep Liberty went out. I sent an email late on the day after Christmas, received a prompt call on Tuesday with a time to bring my car in the next day and the offer of a FREE loaner vehicle. They did all that was needed to correct the problem without trying to overcharge me for things that weren't necessary, they washed my car (as I had requested) and returned the vehicle on the same day. I felt heard, taken care of, and definitely felt that I was given a fair deal. I will definitely be back!

I've never had an automotive experience I have been so happy to write a review about. My Xterra lost a wheel hub assembly three days before Christmas. I thought my planned weekend of snowboarding was going to be busted. I did a quick search on Google for automotive shops in my area and sure enough, Davis Repair popped up (with a 4.4-star rating none-the-less). I knew it was a long shot, but I arrived at 7:30 am (time they open) the Friday before Christmas and asked them to take a look. In less than an hour, Hannah had a diagnosis and a cost estimate for me. Not sure if the price was right or not, but that wasn't the deciding factor. I was pleasantly surprised when Hannah told me they had the parts and could have it done by noon. Furthermore, they provided me a ride back to my apartment and when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it had been detailed. What place washes your car? Davis Repair does! They literally saved my Christmas and I am so very grateful. You can bet that I will now be a customer for life. Recommendations don't come easily from me, but do yourself a favor and make Davis Repair your go-to automotive repair place. You won't be sorry. Thanks again to all the staff at Davis Repair.
