Got my alignment done here. The service was great and the employees were very friendly.

I am new to town and have been to a couple shops trying to find one that I trust and this place feels right. I have now visited them a few times, they are consistent with what they say and don't try to up sell.

We had a very good experience working with Davis Repair. We had to replace a bad engine and had to find a repair shop in Colorado where our car was. Everything was done on schedule and with no hassle. Calling from Arizona, I especially appreciated how easy it was to communicate what was needed and get the repair done timely. When a family member who will be selling the car for us went to pick it up, Hannah gave him some great tips on how to sell the car. The price we paid for the work done on our car was considerably less than we had quoted by a couple other repair shops and came with a good warranty.

Davis goes above and beyond to ensure their work is done right the first time, not to their own advantage but to the advantage of the client. I took in a problem that had created other problems, and rather than attack both at the same time, their recommendation was to solve the first and then see if the second needed to be done. Because I had allowed the problem to continue for a long time, their was corrosion that need to be addressed. They not only did the extra work to resolve the corrosion, spending the extra time to ensure a proper seal, but charged me $20 less than they're original quote to complete the job. It turned out that the secondary issue was resolved with no additional work needing to be done. Very satsified with the level of customer service, and will be using Larry, Hannah, and Alan again. You can't go wrong with this shop!!

I appreciate the honesty of Davis Repair. I had taken my car in for them to evaluate the brakes. They stated my brakes were fine, probably would not need to replace until the end of the year. They treat my husband and I like family. They provide prompt service with little if no wait time. I had recently visited a major car dealership for some warranty work. When I was checking out the person who was waiting on me would need to answer the phone even though there were plenty of service employees at the desk. My immediate thought was that this would never happen at Davis!

My husband and I have had multiple cars serviced at Davis Repair for over 10 years. My Air conditioning broke down on my 2010 GMC Acadia the weekend prior to me taking a road trip to Arizona over Spring Break. I called and explained my short time frame and urgency to have the problem fixed. I was able to drop off my car immediately and pick up a loaner car FREE of charge to me! Davis repair cares about their clients and works hard to deliver what we need. Not only did they obtain the parts needed and repair my car quickly they also delivered it back to me faster than promised! Their service level is extraordinary, they are honest and their work is always guaranteed at a very fair price! I highly recommend Davis Repair and always tell my friends, family and co-workers about them when I get the chance. They are truly a 5 Star Shop and Family!

Bringing your car into a new shop for transmission work is always an interesting experience. I tried Davis out based on previous customer reviews and I was not disappointed. These guys are fair with their prices. They care about their customers vehicles. Service is top notch as well. I'll be glad to stop in the next time I need to have some work done.
