Our car was repaired in a timely manner. Hannah kept us well informed and provided us with the broken part. We will use this auto repair business again.

Hannah took the time to understand our issue (that was making the car undriveable) and the shop was able to get us in and solve our issue 2 days before we thought. The made sure the issue was resolved through extra driving and testing. We are very pleased with the overall experience.

Off to good start got a wonderful loaner but couldn't find leak in air conditioner so they but some dye in and I have to go back in about 3 weeks

My appointment was very satisfactory overall. However I did feel that the mechanic that brought my vehicle key and paperwork back to the office appeared to be angry about something. I hope he had not taken out his anger on my vehicle.

Larry was very helpful in explaining the issue with our car. Really balanced the cost/benefit of the repair. Found the issue that Ford could not find. Hannah was very helpful with getting the repair scheduled and they provided a loaner for me to use while my car was in the shop. Definitely go to Davis Repair.
