I decided to give Davis Repair a try, since I had grown dissatisfied with my current shop. I also had a front end diagnosis from the dealer that I questioned, and took it to Davis Repair to confirm the diagnosis. Turned out everything was fine, and the conditions were normal for my 2011 Outback. They also had me in and out in about 20 minutes. While they missed doing some front end work today, they gained me as a long term customer. I'll definitely be having my service done there in the future.

I had my car in for a timing belt replacement and didn't tell them that I had just replaced the valve cover gasket the weekend before. Well in their replacement of the timing belt they removed the valve cover and per their standard service replaced the gasket. When I explained that I had just replaced the valve cover gasket they were willing to refund the cost of the gasket to me. Since they were not obligated to do so, I really appreciated their courtesy in understanding my concern and addressing it. Also I felt their pricing was more than fair compared to other shops.

Davis Repair ALWAYS does a great job giving me quotes, sticking to those quotes, explaining what is essential and what can wait a bit, and giving great service. At times I have dropped my car off before work and then they have gone through the trouble to pick me up from my office so that I could get my car before the end of the day for my convenience. They are always friendly on the phone and have no trouble getting me in. Most recently I was surprised when I picked up my car because it had been washed! The night before my appointment, a car wash had broken down mid wash- so a third of my car was clean, a third was covered in soap, and a third was still dirty. It was quite the pain. So it was such a treat that they went above and beyond when my car direly needed a little extra attention. My husband and I are both loyal customers here. It is great to know we can trust our auto repair shop.

Awesome customer service. Tech's are very skilled with communication about the problems understandable. Never try and rip you off. Always offering options to products so you get the best bang for your $$
