Davis Auto Repair is like having a really great nephew (or niece) who's a mechanic you can totally trust. I've been taking my old Bronco there for several years now and they have fixed everything from the clutch to the driver's car door which involved some creative mechanics. I love these people. My old truck and I wouldn't be on the road if it weren't for Davis. If you're looking for honest, valued, friendly service this is the only place to go for auto care.

Davis Automotive was awesome to work with! Hannah & Katie in the office kept me up to date on the status of my car & also explained details with clarity & knowledge. I would happily bring my car back to these folks the next time I am in need. Just to top it all off they sent me away with a free car wash!

Every bit as expensive as the dealerships, but can be worth it! Like most dealerships, Davis does charge for diagnostic fees, and it remains a separate charge even if choosing to have the repair done there. And their rates and shop fees are as much as dealerships when I’ve compared the two. On the plus side, I trust their expertise to find what is actually wrong with my vehicle and I trust their ethics that they will only fix what is actually wrong. I personally use Davis for situations where it is not obvious to me what the problem is, and I don’t want to risk going to a shop that tries repairs to see if it fixes it, all at my expense. You can quickly end up paying more with that approach than going to Davis and having it diagnosed correctly and fixed right the first time.

I had a pre-buy inspection done here with no other history with them before that. They were done when they said, were thorough, and very knowledgeable about the issues. It was also about half the price of other mechanics. If they were closer to me, I would be a regular customer.
